Consumers in Pakistan have real legal recourse when a business doesn't honour its obligations — an auto manufacturer delivering a vehicle late without paying the statutory penalty, or a bank failing to apply a State Bank-mandated reduced interest rate. Most consumers don't pursue these claims simply because they don't know the remedy exists. We do, and we pursue them.

My car dealer delivered my vehicle months late — am I owed anything?
Where full payment was made at booking, regulations require delivery within a set period, with a prescribed penalty rate payable on the deposited amount for delays beyond that — this is a statutory entitlement, not something you have to negotiate for informally.
My bank isn't applying a reduced interest rate it's supposed to under an SBP scheme — what can I do?
Start with a written complaint to the bank referencing the specific SBP directive, and if that doesn't resolve it, escalate through SBP's complaint resolution mechanism. We can handle this escalation and, where needed, pursue it further.
