Our Internship Program Is Open — Here's What the Experience Actually Involves

We're currently accepting applications for our internship program, open to law students and recent graduates who want real exposure to litigation practice rather than a summer of photocopying.

What makes this different from a typical internship

Interns are paired directly with a supervising advocate and work on live matters — drafting pleadings, researching case law, preparing files for hearings, and sitting in on client meetings and court appearances. The goal is to teach the procedural discipline that law school doesn't, on the theory that the best way to understand litigation is to watch it built from the ground up.

Where interns spend their time

Because the chambers works across a wide range of practice areas — from criminal and family law to corporate, tax and constitutional matters — interns typically get exposure across more than one area during their term, rather than being locked into a single desk.

Who we're looking for

We prioritise consistency and genuine interest over prior experience. If you can commit to the full term, write clearly, and want to see how a case actually moves from a client's first phone call to a courtroom, that matters more to us than your class rank.
